Tuesday Daddies

Each is unique in his own way. And I wouldn't kick a single one out of bed.

I've been trying to make better food choices and control my portion size. I really need to lose weight and I'm starting out slow. I'm gearing up to start being more active: walking along the Greenway Trail or perhaps going back to the gym. I blew it last night though; I ate a whole Tombstone pizza. It wouldn't have been so bad had I not added another layer of pepperoni. Ugh. I just love food.

We all need to cheat on our diets now and then! Starting out slow is a good idea. Better success!

I like the aguy on top. I mean in the top photo. I don't want to hear about temptation and food choices. Slow is always a good thing.

Making gradual lifestyle changes usually results in more long term success than 'crash' diets. Good for you!!

P.S. Love the men.
