Backing Off....and Trivia

My heart just has not been into blogging lately. I've thought of things to share - thoughts on RuPaul's Drag Race Season 3, other thoughts on the Academy Awards and movies in general, personal stuff going on - but whenever I attempt to write something I either get so long-winded no one will read it or I realize that the negativity is off-putting.

So the Behr is going to back off a little from the blogging thing. No more daily entries. Only when the mood strikes or if I come across a picture or piece of information that I just have to share.

Speaking of sharing (see...long-windedness) here's a bit of trivia I found online:

In ancient Greece, no term existed for homosexuality. There were only some expressions referring to specific homosexual roles. Experts find this baffling as the old Greek culture held love between males in the highest regard. According to several linguists, the word "homosexual" was not coined until 1869 by Hungarian physician Karoly Maria Benkert.

It's all good Mark. I'm trying hard to post just 15 times a month, not 31. Things stay more interesting this way.

Just blog whenever you feel like it... There are no rules...
However, don't worry about sounding negative. It's all part of life. You can't be happy and positive all the time. Maybe writing for some things that are troubling you, will make you feel better

Thanks for the trivia.

Will miss hearing from you Mark. For what it's worth, I may not comment on much, but I do read your posts and enjoy them.

I have a lot of opinions of my own but basically keep them to myself. I figure why bother in most cases. I do recall a time before internet and digital cameras and my home and yard was so neat then.
Just go with the flow. No pressure.

I've been there dozens of times! No worries. If it isn't fun, just say no. :)
