Of most shoulder tats, the designs lean heavily toward tribal motifs followed by Maori-style tats and solid shoulder pieces. Often, the shoulder tat extends down the back, arm, and/or chest. My favorites are the "scroll" work like on the bottom photos (and a couple others in this grouping). That style and size is getting very popular. Something very sexy about the look. My favorite guy is the one laying on the floor!
