Behr Pick: The Mind of a Cub

Not too long ago, I was contacted by mdlevicub who inquired about the subject of one a picture I had posted. He also had some very nice things to say about Behr Blather, which flattered me to no end. He has since started his own blog, titled The Mind of a Cub. If you like hot bears and cubs, I encourage you to check it out. He also includes pictures of his adventures, which includes visits to amusement parks and nights out with his cute friends. Give him a look and a holler....you won't be disappointed!

Sunday Favorite: 49

I miss sharing my Sunday morning.
I miss waking early to watch him sleep then kissing him awake.
I miss playfully fighting over who is going to make the coffee and retrieve the newspaper from the drive.
I miss snuggling on the couch as the furnace blasts away the cold morning chill.
I miss sharing a pot of coffee and making breakfast for two.
I miss lazing in his arms and knowing there's no better place to be on a cold November morning.
I miss being in love.

Behr Pick: Plaid Hoodie

The night temperature has dropped here in Southern California. I know it is nothing compared to other parts of the country or world, but for us it's cold. When I got up the other morning it was 56-degrees inside the house. The days are still mild, with the temperatures in the 70s. Shorts and t-shirts are perfectly comfortable attire. But once that sun drops, it gets cold and a jacket - or plaid hoodie - is needed.

I'm sure one of my followers will be able to identify today's pick. I like his soft dusting of chest fur, his flat stomach, his cut abs, his perky nipples...and of course his adorably cute face. He could keep me warm at night!

Can you believe that Christmas is less than a month away? I've barely started my shopping. Yesterday (Black Friday) I did not go anywhere because I don't like crowds. But I will have to venture out sooner or later. I'm trying to do as much of my shopping online as possible. I've also put off putting up the holiday decorations. I just can't quite do it yet.

Are you excited about the holidays? Have you started - or finished - your shopping?

Behr Pick: Red Bear

This is Kris, who sent me an e-mail to tell me that he loves Behr Blather. He also included his pictures because I like beefy red headed guys in jock straps. His kind words meant the world to me. But more than that, this totally hot bear is graciously letting me feature him.

Thank you Kris!

Behr Movie: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Pt. 1

Last night I went to see a late showing of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1." I assume you have all heard of it. The movie time was 9:50 p.m., which really means 10:05. All the same...I enjoyed it immensely for the following reasons:

*As mentioned by several bloggers, Rupert Gint (Ron Weasley) is turning into one handsome and hunky ginger. (I thought I'd get that out of the way.)

*The faithfulness of the movie to the book. I re-read the book several months ago but my memory isn't what it used to be so there were a few things I'd forgotten.

*I really enjoyed the different cinematic styles used throughout the movie: straight forward filming, the blurry movements, and of course the animated telling of the original hallows

I've read all seven books and now have seen all of the movies (I actually own all those released on DVD). I know it's not easy to adapt a book to the big screen but each movie becomes more and more remarkable. From the cinematography to the acting to the musical score, HP7a (as I call it) is a darn entertaining book.

And if anyone sees this and doesn't wish that he or she was a wizard or witch something is seriously wrong with them!
