Behr Pick: Jason Woof

Yesterday I mentioned receiving a very nice e-mail from Jason Woof. Here's what he had to say:

Just wanted to say that I LOVE your blog, I post a woof of the day everyday on facebook and your blog has supplied me with many great entries! Keep the hot men comin!

When I thanked Jason for his kind words and mentioned my small shout out he responded with his picture. Talk about WOOF! And throw in a huge GRRRR as well! Handsome man. And I'm flattered he uses Behr Blather as a source of inspiration!

Tonight is Opening Night of 12 Angry Jurors at the community theater. Last night's final dress rehearsal went fairly well; I think if I were the director I'd have pushed for some truer emotions but overall it's a darn good production. Hopefully the audiences will like it.

I'm looking forward to tomorrow....I can catch up on my TV shows and my sleep! What are your plans?

Cool Me Off (NSFW)

I'd rather be in a pool somewhere. Here in Southern California, we never really had much of a Summer - our temperatures were lower than usual. And now we're experiencing an Autumnal heatwave. Make it go away! At this rate we're going to have a 95-degree Christmas. Ugh.

Rehearsals for the show are going well. The actors fucked up last night and skipped a couple of pages so the director made them re-run the second act. I'd already shut down the light board so I had to reboot it. Ugh. Tonight we'll be running the show as if it were a performance, meaning we'll start at performance time. That's 8:00 p.m. So that means it will definitely be a late night.

Today I'll be getting my flu shot, courtesy of my company. This year we had to schedule appointments. I thought this was a good idea because it guarantees that I'll get it. And hopefully I won't have to wait in some long goddawful line.

Yesterday I received a really nice e-mail from "Jason" who wanted to let me know he loves Behr Blather. Evidently he posts a "woof of the day" on FB and he finds a lot of his pics here. I'm flattered! And I will continue to endeavor to provide high-quality eye candy.

Hump Day

I am so happy it's Hump Day! Here are a few reasons why:

No more political ads!

No more proposition debates!

No more Meg Whitman and Carly Fiorina ads (these two were looking to fill the California governor and US Senator seats, respectively)!

It's also half-way through the work week!

Rehearsal last night went fairly well; I had my first run-through with the light board and - if I must say so myself - I did pretty damn good! The director told me the cues were perfect. So I'm very happy about that. Two more nights of rehearsals and then we open.

I admit to being tired because I'm not getting my usual amount of beauty sleep. And ya'll know how much I need my beauty sleep!

Welcome, November

Can you believe it is November 1? There are only two months left in this year. Where the hell did the time go? I can't complain too loudly. Between holidays and vacation time, I only work 26 days between now and the end of the year. Yep, I have 16 days of vacation to take. I'm not sure if I'm going to go somewhere or not but I would love to spend it with this gorgeous hunk of man, Eduardo.

The AZ Cardinals lost by 3 to the Buccaneers. Damn. On the upside, the SF Giants lead 3-1 in the World Series over the Texas Rangers. Whenever my team doesn't do well or go to the World Series (they've only been once), I root for the National League team. So I'm happy the Giants are doing well.

So on this Monday I'm in a pretty good mood. I hope you are too!
