It's been a strange week. A lot of things on my mind, especially right at this moment.

Have you ever found yourself in a situation that you just know isn't good but for some reason you just can't pull yourself away from it? It draws you in, like a moth to a flame. It's kind of scary, kind of exciting, and you know the reality but still something within you flickers...something a little like hope...but is probably just some other deep-seated issue?

*SIGH* Yes I'm blathering nonsense as usual.

It's a day for chores, Netflix, and relaxation. I'd really like to have someone over to cuddle and watch movies...anyone care to join me??

Friday Favorites

Here are a few of my favorite pictures that I've - um - collected. Although the temperatures here have been high and the humidity just as high, I still want to cuddle (and more!) with the hirsute.

I am taking today off as a vacation day. It's the third day off this year I've had, not counting holidays. I still have 19 vacation days to take before year-end. I'm excited about today because - well - I'm finally tackling a project. I'm replacing a window in my bedroom from a left/right slider to a regular single-hung (or is it double?) top-to-bottom window. After that's accomplished I'll be installing a small a/c for the bedroom. My dad is going to help me and I just hope I have the patience to deal with him and his exactness and thoroughness. So it's a labor-filled Labor Day Weekend! I hope everyone enjoys their day and weekend. BEHR HUGS!
