Olympic Beef
I'm sure those of us watching the first week of the Olympics have been swooning over the athletic beef. Presented for your consideration is Charles Edward Betts, who participated in the 84kg Greco-Roman Wrestling matches. He unfortunately lost in the 1/8 round. But I have this to say: he could flip me all over any day of the week! He looks quite bearish or cubbish at least. Click the picture to enlarge.
I've been enjoying the Olympics...almost to the detrimental point of not getting enough sleep. It's really important this week for me to be on schedule as I am traveling to our South Bay the next three days to conduct training. Luckily I can take public transportation so I don't have to make the 2 hour drive.
That's about all I have for now -

Weekend Woof: BEEF

Today I'll be working like a mad man to get the house cleaned, the yard decent looking, and some other minor chores to get ready for my friend who arrives Wednesday night. He will be with me through the following Tuesday morning.
I am so excited. He is one of my most favorite people in the world. It will be his first time here in the Los Angeles area and I'm anxious but looking forward to playing tour behr. Giggity!

Behr Pick: Black Beef

Today's special is black beef...found over at Dark Flex...I would like to wake up to him and not the sound of my gardener weed-whacking and mowing. I'd love to be wrapped in his massive arms, my head laying on his awesome chest. Grrrrr.

Daddy Beef....

...it's what's for dinner.
Well I survived another Thanksgiving dinner with my parents and sister. Thankfully we all got along and the food was wonderful. I was disappointed that "Survivor" was a recap show but to be expected since it was a holiday.
I hope everyone enjoyed their day and ate lots and lots! BEHR HUGS!!
