By now you all have pretty much figured out that I have a broad range of attraction: furry, smooth, bearded, goateed, mustachioed, clean shaven, muscular, voluptuous, white, black, brown, tall, short...but I always ALWAYS come back to the dark haired, olive-skinned, furry bearded man. Like Bret here, today's featured man. I think it's the whole "opposites" attract...I'm not that furry, I'm pasty white, and my hair is grey. What hair I have, that is. The fact that Bret here has a tattoo and is a nice guy (we chatted once) just adds to the attraction. My ex fell into this category. Well maybe not the nice guy bit. A man who made my ex jealous by paying attention to me fell into this category. And that adolescent fantasy included such a man.What is it that makes one type more attractive than another? Why are there preferences for what we find attractive? Is it because looks are usually the first thing we have to go on? I know someone who only is attracted to black men. I know someone who doesn't care for Hispanic/Latino men. I know someone who only likes redheads (he's straight). I find it curious, these rules of attraction.
